Organic Ingredients: 
Mountain germander (Teucrium montanum)
Dandelion leaves & flowers (Taraxacum officinale)
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale)
Yellow bedstraw (Galium verum)
 
Aroma:
This blend is beautifully balanced with an earthy, woody and herbal flavour. 
 
Instructions: 
Pour a cup of hot water over 1 level Tbl of tea. Cover and let sit for 30min. Drink half an hr before a meal. Important not to use any sweetener. Drink 3 cups a day. 
 
Packaging:
