Lemon Banana Turmeric Smoothie And A Few Words On Superfoods

Every other month we are informed of a "new" superfood. People are addicted to trends to keep relevant and "in", or they are looking for a magic pill. We have seen fad diets, and health trends going viral, from noni juice and goji berries, to celery juice and more. There is no quick fix to health, healing or dieting. The magic pill to health is a healthy lifestyle: encompassing our entire Temple: healthy body, mind and spirit.

All fresh and real foods are #superfood. At LEMON HOUSE we are proponents of plant based nutrition. We are not saying the world should go Vegan and we don't claim that Lemons are an cure-all fruits. We are here to share the wisdom and practices that we have collectively acquired over several generations of life's work of healers, teachers, authors, artists and entrepreneurs. We are here to serve our clients with information, teachings, products and services for Conscious Living, and hence our mission "Creating and Curating Consciously Made Gifts."

Here is a recipe for a Lemon Banana Turmeric Superfood Smoothie.
