How are you enjoying this December? I hope that the glittery, festive feelings warm your heart every day. It's been a very exciting few weeks at Lemon House and the Pure Energy Healing Academy. We've had a Family Reunion with our Healers last Saturday. It was amazing to connect to our healers from around the world. We are all coming together next Saturday December 10 at 6PM CET (Spain Time) and offering a Global Live Healing Session. There is one simple yet profound thing that's in common with all who enjoy their Beauty, WellBeing & Productivity. The magic is in a single word: Sleep. There is a distinction of Quality Sleep which follows our natural biorhythm which should be in sync with nature. If you are suffering from insomnia, if you are feeling tired throughout the day and can't focus for too long you might consider changing your sleep routine. Did you know that lack of sleep can negatively impact your well being and your health including weight, hair, skin, liver, kidneys, eyes... Here are a few key points to regulating your sleep pattern:



  • It helps to have a similar schedule of going to sleep at about the same time and having a good rest.

  • Don't eat at least two hours before going to bed.

  • Wind down your evening activity with low light, soothing sounds and calming activity

  • Do something that feeds your soul: read a book, draw, meditate

  • Write out your plan for the next day so that you don't have to think about it as you try to fall asleep

  • Have a lovely tea to support the nervous system: chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, linden flower. Try one of my favourite combinations of lavender and chamomile. And if you haven't tried our Spirituality Tea yet - It's my favourite, it tastes amazing and it soothes you to a meditative state.

  • These spices will also help with sleep. In a cup of hot water add a pinch of cinnamon powder or simmer the cinnamon stick; a combination of a dash of each turmeric, pepper, nutmeg (with or without cinnamon); and my favourite combination of nutmeg with saffron.

It inspired me to create the Evening Affirmations which is now available on my YouTube Channel and are on a track of 10 hr long compilation of soothing music and nature sounds to help you fall asleep and rest through the night. The chosen sounds and music are high frequency vibration of healing and soothing tones for a calm experience. They are heart opening and help with intuitive connection to support the natural process of sleep stages and our spiritual travels in our dream state. As per requests, I will make these sounds available in shorter versions - so watch this space and my YouTube channel. There are times when I fall asleep naturally and then there are times when I like to use high frequency vibration to ease and soothe my feelings. Try it on and let me know your experience.
